Thank you for shopping with Vintage and Vinyl. We want you to love every purchase. This is a short summary explaining how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for our customers.

Returns:

  • Online orders and in-store purchases: 30 days from receipt.
  • Items must be in original condition.

New Vinyl:

  • Must be unopened/sealed for change‑of‑mind returns.
  • If opened and defective (warp, pressing flaw, damage), we’ll replace (stock permitting), exchange or refund.

Used Vinyl:

  • If the item doesn’t match the listed grade, contact us within 7 days for support.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Email us with photos within 7 days, and we’ll try and make it right.

Return Shipping:

  • Free if we made a mistake or the item is defective.
  • Customer pays for change‑of‑mind returns.

Refunds:

  • Processed to the original payment method after inspection (usually 3-5 business days).
